Shhh - It's a secret

This last Sunday I had the joy of marrying Mike and Nives.  The have been together for a number of years but decided it was time to tie the knot.  When Nives called us she wanted to know if we could do a quiet little wedding with just her, her husband-to-be and their kids.  "Of course" I said.  After that is was just a matter of arranging for witnesses and finding a location.  We decided to hold the ceremony at our home in Mission, BC which was new for us and also very exciting. 

We cleaned up the house, lit some candles and put on some soft music.  When Nives and the family arrived we had a wonderful visit prior to the ceremony and then we began.  Both kids participated by reading some scripture and in our little family room we had the joy of seeing two people solidify a relationhship that had been growing for a very long time.

Thank-you to both of you for allowing us to be part of your special day.  Now you can tell eveyone the secret.
